John Lawrence Templates: Wooden Alphabet Letters and Hand Cut Wooden
ABOUT OUR WOODEN ALPHABET DRAWING TEMPLATES
Our hand cut wooden alphabet drawing templates have been carefully designed for ease of use, with smooth rounded corners for faster, neater working. They are available in either 3mm or 6mm thick plywood, the 3mm thick sets are more suited for use just as templates to be drawn around, if little hands are going to be using them for word building etc, then the 6mm thick sets are better suited as they are much stronger, almost unbreakable, and very tactile.
1984 - 2014...... Thirty years of trading with many thousands of sets sold. Not one set returned as unsuitable or quality not as described, that speaks for itself!. In fact several customers have contacted me to say that after twenty or twenty five years of regular use they have finally lost a letter or number, (usually by lending the sets out to someone else), these are easily replaced using the extra letter section.
HOW TO USE OUR WOODEN LETTERS
Simply draw around the wooden letter templates to create a perfect outline which can then be decorated, coloured
in, painted or cut out.
Put your skill and imagination into use when drawing around these versatile templates, they are perfect for teaching children the alphabet and number shapes as well as for making up clear notices and signs around schools, offices etc, etc.
ALPHABET TEMPLATES: FOR USE IN SCHOOLS - TEACHING AIDS
In the UK, research shows that OFSTED inspectors regard classrooms with neat and well laid out displays very highly.
Our templates for teachers and number sets are in the internationally recognised SASSOON INFANT font. The 3mm sets are specifically designed for use as templates for teachers.
